Shipping policy

We ship 3 days a week for purchases placed on days prior. We do not ship on any of the holidays observed by USPS, therefore we will ship on the next available ship date.

Fri-Sun ships on Mondays

Mon-Tues ships on Wednesdays

Wed-Thurs ships on Fridays

If your order was FULFILLED incorrectly, please reach out to us directly at info@spec-rc.com so that we may correct this in a timely manner. 

Please rest assured, we ship all our packages with insurance for the value of your purchase, this will cover any damages and/or missing items while in transit.

To proceed with shipping claim actions, please see the following steps below:

If the package has been delivered, and is in your possession, the CUSTOMER is responsible to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. 

If the package has been lost in transit, SPEC-RC will be the one to initiate the claim, as the package has not reached its delivery point and is most likely lost in transit.
